Chicago Bears
The Bears flagship radio station is WBBM-AM 780 and features a broadcast team of Jeff Joniak, Tom Thayer, and Zach Ziedman. A pre-game show usually airs 3 hours prior to kickoff.
The Chicago Bears Network will produce three preseason games in 2008 airing locally on Fox Chicago WFLD channel 32, a Fox Television Network affiliate. WFLD is also the primary station for Bears regular season broadcasts as they are a National Football Conference franchise and Fox is the primary network for NFC teams of the NFL Some broadcasts involving the Bears and teams from the American Football Conference are shown on WBBM-TV channel 2 which is an affiliate of CBS the network for AFC broadcasts.Any Sunday night games are broadcast on WMAQ-TV channel 5 which broadcasts the NBC Sunday Night Football game of the week. Other games may be seen on ESPN, or the NFL Network. From time to time simulcasts of games produced by ESPN, or the NFL Network will be carried on WCIU-TV channel 26 (a local independent station). (NFL policy dictates that games that originate nationally on a cable/satellite network be simulcast on a broadcast station in the participating teams' market.)
